Tested, report bug : Sometimes, After set the state, It freezes all automations panel, all autos not being execute anymore, must be kill.app and restart aaps |

This adds the automation state I discussed elsewhere.
It's pretty in progress still, but I'd like to make it known I intend to make it usable by others
