The current Democratic Republic of the Congo's downloader division is confusing and increasingly misunderstood by users considering the current political situation of the Eastern part of the DRC. Renaming both division files consistently will help until the geographic division of the country files can be improved. Right now, both files should read DRC name followed either par West or East.
