Immersal integration with 8th Wall

Short instructions:

1. Register developer accounts with Immersal and 8th Wall.
2. Create a map with the Immersal Mapper app (App Store & Play Store).
3. Modify index.html with your 8th Wall appKey and index.js with your Immersal developer token and map ID.
4. Use serve to run: ./serve/bin/serve -d immersal.
