@copilot fix the failing CI

Fixed in c78aaf7. The CI was failing because the chromium npm package was accidentally upgraded from v3.0.3 (a Chromium binary downloader) to v3.2171.3008 (an unrelated Tint GUI library) due to the ^3.0.3 semver range. The new version's install.js tries to run install.bat on Linux, causing npm install to fail.

Changes made:

• Removed chromium from devDependencies (also eliminates the yauzl transitive vulnerability)
• Removed process.env.CHROME_BIN = require('chromium').path from test/karma.config.cjs — karma-chrome-launcher auto-detects system Chrome on ubuntu-22.04 runners
• Updated workflow: Node.js 12.x → 20.x, actions/checkout@v2 → @v4, actions/setup-node@v1 → @v4

All 21 tests pass locally.
