Updates the solution index tables to better classify and enumerate recently added problems, improving navigation and discoverability in both Chinese and English solution READMEs.

- Filled in missing serial numbers for problems 3856–3865 in the main index tables.
- Added topic tags for problems 3856–3864 (CN + EN).
- Localized the Chinese table title for problem 3865 to Chinese (“反转 K 个子数组”).
