Adds a French-localized “Blueprints tutorial” landing page to the Docusaurus docs.
Changes:
- Created a new French tutorial index page under the i18n docs tree
- Added translated headings, description, and navigation links for the tutorial section
- Added translation attribution and a “last updated” note
