If you experience any crashes or abnormal behavior during connection configuration, backend management, or device switching, please locate and report the issue using the following method:
- Go to the Issues Panel, click
New Issue, and select the Bug Report template. - Information required: Device system environment (iOS version / macOS chip), steps to reproduce, console logs, or screenshots of the error interface.
Feel that a certain feature design is not user-friendly enough, or wish to implement new encryption/anti-hijacking features?
- Go to the Issues Panel, and select the Feature Request template.
- If you have specific UI/UX ideas, it is recommended to attach your sketches or brief explanations in the feedback box. For topics that have room for exploration and discussion, you can also start a topic in the Discussions Area.
In addition to following up on tickets, you are also welcome to seek support and provide product experience feedback through the following quick channels:
