⚙️ Darwin Zmugg 🚀

Software Developer, Hardware Tinkerer and Student at HTL Bulme Graz-Gösting

Projects that had the priviledge of maintenance 🛠️

- WikiSUM; Desktop Tkinter-Python-App summarizes wikipedia articles and you can ask an english question answering model about the context
- Simplemath; train your brain in the terminal with semi-random basic arithmetic operations, now a bit more duolingo like with more stats coming in the future
- rpi4-conf; setup configs for usage as a desktop personal computer
- b64-encryptPWA; a progressive safari Webapp that utilizes a tweaked version of base64 to encrypt and decrypt strings/messages
- mkdeb; build .deb packages in seconds with this script
- passgen; generate random strings/passwords with the linux u/random api
- zxfetch; neofetch but faster and maxfetch but with less overhead
- gofluentlycalculator or gocalc for short; is a cli-only calculator written in go that works concurrent and is customizable with a .json config format
- WebTerminal; an experiment about permissions of the go os lib with an html frontend to type in cmds (use is NOT recommended!)
- clock; attempt to build a cli-clock application - still a work in progress

    • Tag der offenen Tür 2025/26 HTL BULME Graz-Gösting: Medtech -> showing of an ultrasoundmachine, a patient monitor and EKG-sensors & showing and explaing of KiCAD + electronic circuits to parents and curious folks

    • AT&S Fehring -> attending a guided tour of the facilities: the fifth biggest in europe

Why i am also creating a codeberg with the same name (codeberg.org/666hwll)

  • because i can just use 'git' standalone like you could before Github enforced 2FA
  • it is hosted and managed in Germany, so it must adhere to EU and DSGVO laws
  • made and funded by developers; funded over donations and not over AI promises
  • Open Source Nature of Forgejo

What this means for this account

  • stil receiving updates and projects, but not all, just like before
  • my poor raspberry pi 4b doesn't need to be my ssh-git-server anymore, running on nothing but microsd-cards, wifi and energy
  • Codeberg is intended as open source playground, Github is my public representation
