What happened?

when using # dnf install croc, the installed version is v9.6.4-1fce28e instead of v10.xxxxx

What did you expect to happen?

The major version number of installed should be the same (current 10)

Steps to reproduce

# dnf install croc
$ croc -h

Additional context

This causes the problem: old version of croc cannot send or receive from newer version
