zensical: navigation syntax

Allegedly, this is the new navigation syntax (frm a post on the zenzical discord general channel

Sub-menus not working as I expected. In Practicalli Cycling I defined the following navigation:

nav = [
  { "Introduction" = "index.md" },
  { "Kit" = "kit.md" },
  { "Toolbag" = "toolbag.md" },
  { "Lights" = "lights.md" },
  { "Computers & Sensors" = "computers-sensors.md" },
  { "First Aid" = "first-aid.md" },
  { "Route Planning" = "route-planning.md" },
  { "Training" = [
        { "Overview" = "training.md"},
        { "Training Plan" = "training-plan.md" },
    ] },
  { "Maintenance" = "maintenance.md" },
  # { "Markdown in 5min" = "markdown.md" },
]

The sub-menus do not show as nested under Training section. Training section also looses its icon (as its no longer associated with a specific icon in a file)
