Proposal: Add USB Companion Radio firmware for Heltec Wireless Paper

I have a Heltec Wireless Paper and would like to use it as a Companion Radio with the USB interface. Currently, only the BLE (Bluetooth) version of the firmware is available for this device. The USB version would be more stable and convenient for my use case.

I am ready and willing to test any pre-release builds. Thank you for your consideration!
