[Bug] Functional: Social account unlinking (GitHub/Discord) is non-functional

Summary

In the profile settings, users can link their Discord and GitHub accounts, but there is no way to unlink them because the "Unlink" buttons are inactive (disabled).

Reproduction steps

1. Navigate to https://codebattle.hexlet.io/settings
2. Click the "Link" button for Discord or GitHub.
3. Attempt to click the "Unlink Discord" or "Unlink GitHub" button.

Expected result

The "Unlink" buttons should be active, and clicking them should successfully disconnect the associated account.

Actual result

The buttons are disabled/inactive, making it impossible to unlink the account.
