MacOS 13 requirement

I have an old mac that I use as a plex and web server (i know i know...), its on macOS 12.7 (can't be updated further). Use to run a Core node on the computer years ago and would like to run a Knots node now.

Knots seems to have a macOS 13 requirment.

Why is that? Is there any way around this to run a Knots node on this machine and OS?

Apple doesn't even provide security updates for older versions of macOS anymore... Better to just install Linux.

ok i figured, thats what the "i know i know" was for lol. one day i will migrate everything over but have so much running on it now and dont have the time. thanks luke! keep on keepin on
