Relax RSpec version requirements?

RSpec 4.0 betas are out now -- I have not looked in detail at what if any integration issues might exist.

Presumably adding a < 5 or something would allow bundling.

I've made a PR #115 to fix this issue. You can try it out by using my branch:

gem 'rspec-github', git: 'https://github.com/StefSchenkelaars/rspec-github.git', branch: 'gem-updates'

I don't have full access on this repo so I can't run the GitHub actions / merge the PR / release the gem. @LuukvH
